Spark April 2025 Newsletter
Happy April, everyone! We were a bit late with our March newsletter, so we decided to get an early start on our April newsletter. We have quite a lot to tell you about!
First, though, we want to share something we've been thinking about lately. If you come to Spark, we will do our best to help you, even if we don't have what you need.
What do you want to do?
How can we connect you?
Even if we don't have what you need, we will try to help you find those who do.
Cocktails for a Cause
How would you like to enjoy tropical ambience and cocktails without leaving Knoxville? Brilliant, I hear you say? Well, here's your chance to do just that - and support Spark at the same time.
Spark has teamed up with the Tern Club, Knoxville's neighborhood oasis for tropical cocktails, for our Cocktails for a Causeevent. Try a refreshing Mojito, a Tamarind Whiskey Sour, or a Paloma, and 10% of the proceeds go to support Spark.
Bowling Benefit for Spark
Spark's first ever bowling event is just three weeks away! This event is a great opportunity to enjoy this great indoor sport, and help Spark at the same time. You, your family, and/or friends are welcome. Please sign up today and come join us!
All proceeds from bowling tickets go to supporting people with disabilities in Tennessee. Sign up to bowl for charity using the QR code, or the button:
Spark wishes to thank TEIS, Tennessee Early Intervention Systems, for their ongoing support. TEIS is part of the Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging. TEIS is a voluntary program that offers therapy and other services to families of infants and young children with developmental delays or disabilities. Services are provided at no cost to families. TEIS is critically important to supporting the development of Tennessee children with disabilities and developmental delays as they prepare for school.
The mission of Spark is to connect people with disabilities in East Tennessee to the adaptive technology tools and services they need to live with maximum independence and dignity. Spark is registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
